
Public drunkenness, and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia … Therese Delucas, 51, of Pileggi Road, Warrington, was arrested May 20 at 9:30 p.m. following a pedestrian stop near the corner of Limekiln Pike and Ruscombe Avenue, police said. According to police, Delucas appeared under the influence of drugs or alcohol — she could not maintain balance and appeared lost.
As police approached Delucas, she put her thumb out as if she were hitchhiking. Delucas said to police, “Hey, could you give me a ride?”

Delucas smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes.
When she was asked for identification, she opened her purse; inside her purse were a silver and copper Brillo pad, which are commonly used to make crack pipes, according to police. Police also found a silver pipe, which contained confirmed cocaine residue.

DUI … James Morlock, 31, of Lester Road, Philadelphia, was arrested May 6 at 1:50 a.m. following a traffic stop for driving with expired registration near the corner of Easton Road and Mt. Vernon Drive, police said. According to police, there was a strong odor of alcohol emanating from Morlock and he had glassy and bloodshot eyes. Morlock staggered backward and nearly fell into his vehicle as he exited. Morlock failed a field sobriety test, had a blood alcohol content of 0.165 percent and his blood tested positive for the presence of THC, police said.
DUI, careless driving and driving too slowly … Joseph Jones, 48, of Wister Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 22 at 3:10 a.m. following a traffic stop for driving without a driver’s side mirror, drifting, and for driving at erratic speeds on Easton Road near Copper Beech Elementary School, police said. According to police, Jones’ vehicle smelled of alcohol and his motor skills were inhibited. Jones failed two field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol content was 0.148 percent.
DUI and careless driving … Jamie Pisch, 18, of Fair Oaks Avenue, Horsham, was arrested April 20 at 11:30 p.m. following a traffic stop for drifting within the lane on Easton Road near Welsh Road, police said. According to police, there was an “extremely strong scent of marijuana” coming from inside the vehicle, and Pisch said, “It’s not mine.” Pisch then admitted to passing a blunt around and smoking while driving. Pisch failed a field sobriety test; her blood tested positive for the presence of marijuana.
DUI and careless driving … Michelle Schneider, 41, of Trenton Road, Langhorne, was arrested April 17 at 1 a.m. near the corner of Easton and Moreland roads following a traffic stop for making a U-turn on Easton Road and for changing lanes without signaling, police said. According to police, Schneider smelled of alcohol, had extremely bloodshot eyes and said she was coming from Thunderhead Road; she then said she was coming from a corner bar, where she said she had four drinks. Schneider failed two field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.168 percent, police said.
