Dutch Master Cigars, Weed, Rum, Beer Found in Car Occupied by Underagers: Police

Alexander Kochanowicz, 20, of Jenkintown; Charles Mickles, 20, of Wyndmoor; Mark McBride, 21, of Wyndmoor and Shawn Motishingh, 19, of Oreland were all cited for marijuana possession, Whitpain Township Police said.

Several people received citations for marijuana possession and possession of alcohol after Whitpain Township cops recovered marijuana, rum, beer and Dutch Master cigars from the car they were allegedly sitting in earlier this month.

On Nov. 3, at 9:32 p.m., Whitpain police were called to the 100 block of Gillin Road for a report of a suspicious silver Chevrolet Malibu occupied by four people, police said.

Police found the Malibu, and during a search, recovered marijuana, a scale and a package of Dutch Masters cigars in the center console, police said. 
Rum and beer were found in the trunk, police said.

The driver, Alexander Kochanowicz, 20, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Jenkintown, was charged via summons for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of alcohol, police said.

The other occupants were all cited for marijuana and paraphernalia possession, related to the drugs allegedly found in the passenger compartment of the car, police said: Charles Mickles, 20, of the 8000 block of Douglas Road, Wyndmoor; Mark McBride, 21, of the 1000 block of Southampton Avenue, Wyndmoor; and Shawn Motishingh, 19, of the 100 block of Clement Road, Oreland.
