Flood Advisory Through Early Afternoon
The National Weather Service said the area will get about two inches of rain.

A short time ago, the National Weather Service, out of Mount Holly, N.J., issued a flood advisory, and an urban and small stream flood advisory for poor drainage areas in Montgomery County and the surrounding area.
According to the advisory, a line of thunderstorms in the area will produce heavy rainfall — estimates call for about two inches of rain.

The flood advisory is in effect until 1 p.m.
The Montgomery County Department of Public Safety recently Tweeted:

"storms easing up, but lots of rain still coming down on Blue Route, 309, Schuylkill, Turnpike. Watch for water on road, esp right lanes."
In case you were wondering, according to the National Weather Service, an advisory:
“Highlights special weather conditions that are less serious than a warning. They are for events that may cause significant inconvenience, and if caution is not exercised, it could lead to situations that may threaten life and/or property.”
The National Weather Service says to be especially careful of elevated levels of small creeks and streams; in addition, it says not to drive cars through areas where water covers the roadway.
