Learn To Be A YouTuber Over The Holidays In Abington
Participants will work to create and customize a shared YouTube channel, including channel art design, profile pictures, and thumbnails.

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Over the past dozen years or so, becoming an online influencer, commentator, chef, gamer, and other roles has been increasingly popular and achievable.
Abington Township is hosting its "Become a YouTuber" program over four days soon.
The program is for kids 7 and older.

Half and full day sessions are taking place Tuesday, Dec. 27 through Friday, Dec. 30.
Half day sessions are from 9 a.m. to noon, and full days run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All classes are held at the Crestmont Clubhouse.
Costs are $398 for full day classes and $199 for half day calsses.
Participants will work to create and customize a shared YouTube channel, including the design of unique channel art, profile pictures and thumbnails.
They will also be guided through how to record, edit and upload videos.
Throughout the program, participants will analyze popular YouTube videos and learn about copyrights and fair use to give them what it takes to be a YouTuber.
