Octogenarian Leads Hot Yoga Classes In Eastern Montgomery County

ROCKLEDGE, PA — Bill Henry learned yoga many years ago, and credits the eastern practice with his health and longevity.

Now, the 84-year-old leads a hot yoga class at The Twisted Monkey Yoga Studio in Rockledge, a borough in eastern Montgomery County just over the Philadelphia line.

Henry, who also co-owns the studio, recently spoke with 6 ABC about his foray into yoga, how the exercise regimen and spiritual practice has helped him over the years, and what he expects to accomplish as an octogenarian instructor of hot yoga classes.
