EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — With the House expected to vote on impeachment Wednesday, a number of pro-impeachment rallies and events are planned Tuesday across the country, including several in the Philadelphia region.

Last week, two articles of impeachment against President Donald J. Trump were approved by a House panel.

The articles accuse the president of abuse of power linked to the Ukraine scandal and obstruction of Congress, alleging that Trump "has directed the unprecedented, categorical, and indiscriminate defiance of subpoenas issued by the House of Representatives pursuant to its 'sole Power of Impeachment.'"
