• Crews from 2 counties battle 3-alarm blaze in southern Berks (dailylocal.com) — Firefighters from Adamstown joined multiple Lancaster and Berks County crews late Monday night to battle a three-alarm blaze at a former furniture store on Route 625 in nearby Brecknock Township. Crews worked for nearly six hours in frigid conditions, shuttling water by tanker and rotating through attack and ventilation duties before bringing the fire under control, with no injuries reported.
