Ambler Man Passed Out Drunk on Sidewalk, Police Say
Armando Soriano, 35, of Ambler, was allegedly passed out drunk at East Butler and South Ridge avenues, police said.

Armando Soriano, 35, of the 100 block of Rosemary Avenue, Ambler, was found by Ambler Borough Police officers July 21 at 11:10 p.m. allegedly sleeping on the sidewalk at E. Butler and S. Ridge avenues, police said.
After several attempts to wake Soriano, police smelled alcohol on him, police said. Soriano also allegedly had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, police said.
He was taken into custody and charged with public drunkenness, police said. Once at Ambler police station, Soriano was placed in a jail cell until sober. He was then cited and released, police said.
