Ambler Man Suing Teva Pharmaceuticals for Violating Civil Rights, Discrimination

Scott Ellis, an African-American, claims he was discriminated against for his race, after a white supervisor was promoted at Teva Respiratory.

An Ambler man is suing his former employer, Teva Pharmaceuticals in Montgomery Township, for violating his civil rights, according to The Penn Record.

Scott Ellis served as associate director of new products at Teva Respiratory, where he says he was subjected to a hostile work environment and discriminated against because he is African-American, according to the report.
