The Bux-Mont Centennial Singers announce their new director, Lisa VanHeldorf.  A native of Indiana, where she won voice contests, Lisa graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music and obtained her master's degree from Notre Dame.  She currently directs the Media Presbyterian Church Choir and the Johnson and Johnson Corporate Choir.  In addition, she serves as a music librarian at the University of Pennsylvania. Rehearsals for the Centennial Singers' 38th year begin on Tuesday, September 11 at 7:30 at the McDonald School on Reeves Lane, just off Street Road in Warminster. All voice parts are welcome, and tenors and basses are especially needed. There are no auditions. The Centennial Singers perform two main concerts a year and also visit local retirement centers and nursing homes. For more information, call 215- 357-2669.
