Taylor Silar of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania presented research on "Discussing Discussion: A Panel on Intercultural Interaction" at the 11th Annual Beloit College International Symposium Day on Wednesday, Nov. 14. Silar is majoring in psychology.
The International Symposium celebrates Beloit College as an international college. In this eleventh annual event, 54 student presenters and 43 faculty sponsors and moderators directly participated as Beloit students shared their international studies with the community.
Beloit College is a residential, liberal arts college offering 40 majors to its 1,250 students. Located 90 miles northwest of Chicago, Beloit is one of the nation's most international colleges, drawing students from 41 nations as well as 49 states.
