Bridgeport Man Nabbed on Warrant in Whitpain

Ryan Sandor, 37, of the 400 block of Grove Street, was arrested after a traffic stop May 8 and taken into custody for failure to appear on loitering and prowling charges in Montgomery County court.

A Bridgeport man wanted on a Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear at a formal arraignment on a loitering and prowling charge was nabbed by Whitpain Township Police during a traffic stop, police said.

Ryan Sandor, 37, of the 400 block of Grove Street, Bridgeport, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. May 8 after his vehicle was stopped for expired inspection, police said.

Sandor was taken into custody without incident and later released to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, police said.

Court records show Sandor was awaiting arraignment on a misdemeanor prowling charge and a summary trespassing charge from a January 2013 arrest in Lansdale Borough.

Coincidentally, on the same date Sandor was nabbed by police, he was to be arraigned in Montgomery County court on drug possession charges from a February arrest in West Norriton, according to court records.
