DUI Charges Pending for Ambler Woman in Accident, Police Say

An Ambler woman has DUI charges pending from Ambler Borough Police following an accident Sunday, police said.

Arielle Sewell, 23, of the 300 block of N. Spring Garden Street, was allegedly involved in an accident at N. Main Street and Butler Avenue Sunday at 1:48 a.m., police said.

An officer heard the vehicle crash and found two vehicles involved in the accident, police said.

Sewell, police said, allegedly had an odor of alcohol on her and she was slurring her words as she spoke with police.

Sewell was taken to Upper Dublin Township Police Department for a breath test, police said. She was picked up by a family member, police said.
