We specialize in supporting students with dyslexia and dysgraphia using evidence-based strategies and resources tailored to their individual needs. Whitpain Township Police said DUI charges are pending BAC results against a Souderton man who allegedly drove into oncoming traffic on Morris Road Aug. 3.Police said Samuel Mandato, 57, of the 100 block of Hedgerow Drive, allegedly drove his white BMW into an oncoming lane of traffic at 10:15 p.m.Officers received a call of a reckless driver east on Morris Road, police said. Officers found the BMW and Mandato appeared intoxicated, police said.Mandato was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for blood testing for BAC, police said. Additional traffic violations are also pending results, police said.
