Five Weeks of Road Closures Planned in Whitpain Township
Walsh Construction has five weeks of road closures planned in Whitpain and Plymouth Township planned for bridge deck completion work.
Over the next five weeks, Walsh Construction will be closing roadways in Whitpain and Plymouth Townships to complete bridge deck work as part of the turnpike widening project.
Roadway closures will be from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m.
According to Whitpain Township, there will be detour routes posted during the road closures.

The schedule from Walsh Construction for the road closures:
- September 20: Township Line Road (between Union Meeting Road and Jolly-Plymouth Twp.)
- September 27: Wentz Road (between Cherry Lane and Jolly Road)
- October 4: Wentz Road (between Cherry Lane and Jolly Road)
- October 11: Jolly Road (between Union Meeting Road and Arch St. Road)
- October 18: Township Line Road (between Union Meeting Road and Jolly-Plymouth Twp.)
