Whitpain Township Police are investigating reports of several unlocked cars being entered by thieves in areas of the township.Police said it received multiple reports on July 18 from residents on Shepard Drive and Arch Street Road that their cars were rummaged through and loose change was taken.Whitpain Township officers encourage residents to always lock their vehicles and remove valuable items from their vehicles overnight.
