Police: Couple Argues on Street, Gets Arrested for Being Drunk in Public

A Roslyn woman and Philadelphia man face charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an alleged drunken argument on DeKalb Pike in Whitpain Township.
Whitpain Township Police said Mary Praeger, 40, of the 1400 block of Reservoir Avenue, and Robert Alexander, 41, of the 7900 block of Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, were arrested at 12:01 a.m. May 25, charged and later released.
Officers saw Praeger and Alexander walking along DeKalb Pike. Police said the two began to fight at the entrance to Village Square Shopping Center.

When police intervened, they found Praeger was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.
