Ride for Autism Poker Run, Ambler First Fridays Highlight the Week
A look at a few of the events this week in the Lower Gwynedd, Ambler and Whitpain areas.
Ambler Gearing Up For 'First Fridays': Ambler Main Street (AMS), the nonprofit entity responsible for producing family-friendly events in the Borough of Ambler, has announced the kickoff to the 2013 event season with First Fridays in Ambler beginning this Friday.

Ride for Autism Poker Run: Go all in at the Lucky Seven Motorcycle Club of Ambler's 7th Annual Ride for Autism Poker Run fundraiser at P.J. Whelihan's in Whitpain. Proceeds go to The Center for Autism. Each participant will begin the Poker Run by selecting their first of five playing cards. There will be three Poker Run stops along the route where each participant will select another playing card. Participants will then return to P.J. Whelihan's Pub for the final card selection and admittance to the post-party which begins at 1 p.m.
