Ambler Patch: When did you open your business?

Ambler Skate Shop: The business was started originally in the 80's. We took over 2 years ago and moved to our new location in May 2012.

AP: Who is your ideal client or customer?

AS: People interested in the skateboard and snowboard lifestyle between the ages of 10-35

AP: What makes your business unique from others in your field?

AS: We don't just sell our products we use and test them on a regular basis. We also try to bring in other aspects that go along with the lifestyle such as art and music.

AP: What made you decide to open a business?

AS: It was something we all grew up doing and loved and always had a dream one day own a skate shop of our own. The opportunity presented itself and we jumped on it.

AP: What’s your most popular item?

AS: Our best sellers are anything that has the Ambler Skate Shop logo on it.

AP: What make’s your community special?

AS: It is a small town but the people that live here are very proud of it and love to support the local businesses. We also have a skate park just down the street from the store.

AP: Where can customers find your specials?

AS: We post specials on Facebook regularly and we are working on our website will be up shortly which will also have specials and discounts.

Ambler Skate Shop is open Monday through Thursday from noon until 8 p.m.m Fridays noon until 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Learn more about Ambler Skate Shop on their Facebook page and on their website.
