State, Local Municipalities, Declare Emergencies
Ambler, Upper Dublin, Lower Gwynedd declare state of emergencies.
Local municipalities have declared a state of emergency after Gov. Tom Corbett declare the emergency on Saturday night.
In a report on Radnor Patch, Corbett declared the emergency "after forecasters predicted the storm will put Pennsylvania in the flood zone."
Upper Dublin Township wants all drivers off township roads by noon, except in emergencies.

Lower Gwynedd Township has declared a state of emergency for Monday, Oct. 29, as well as Ambler Borough.
Chief William Foley told Patch that Ambler residents in flood prone areas have been urged to leave their residences during the storm. The County Red Cross Shelter is at the Norristown High School, 1900 Eagle Drive, Norristown.

David Mrochko, Assistant Township Manager for Whitpain Township told Patch that the Township declared a state of emergency at noon on Monday, Oct. 29.
Upper Dublin Township has not yet declared a state of emergency, as of 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
