Susan Curry Recognized by Ambler Borough Council
Susan Curry was recognized by Council for her greening initiatives in Ambler.

Susan Curry was recognized by the Ambler Borough Council during their most recent meeting. Curry, of the Environmental Advisory Council, has also previously served as the Ambler Borough representative for the Northern Montgomery County Recycling Commission, the BoRit Community Advisory Group and the Wissahickon Partnership, according to the article in the Ambler Gazette.
Curry has been the driving force behind "the WREN grant, TreeVitalize grant and 100 Rain Gardens in Ambler grant…12 annual stream cleanups, undertaking the restoration of the Ambler Borough Park, forest repair and buffer, founding the Ambler Treetenders and the education of Ambler vicinity owners through a voluntary minimal lawn chemical campaign," said Ambler Mayor Bud Wahl according to the Gazette's article.
