Trick-or-Treating in Lower Gwynedd, Ambler, Whitpain and Upper Dublin.

Lower Gwynedd Township
Larry Comunale, Lower Gwynedd Township Manager, told Patch that Lower Gwynedd does not have an official day for trick-or-treating. However, the township is urging "parents to use common sense about being out at night considering all the debris on and near the roadway and the lack of functioning street or property lighting."

Whitpain Township has not taken a position either way on trick-or-treating in the township. However, Roman Pronczak, Township Manager, told Patch that if power outages in the township continue, it could be more dangerous to have children out.
The Township invites parents to bring their children in costume to Wentz Run Park on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 2 pm for a Halloween parade and candy.

Upper Dublin Township
The Upper Dublin Board of Commissioners has announced that Halloween events and trick-or-treating will be moved to Saturday, Nov. 3, due to the loss of power in the township for most residents.
