Whitpain Police Reports: Retail Thief Caught with Drug Paraphernalia

Police incident reports from Whitpain Township Police Department.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - On October 24th at 12:51 am police stopped a suspicious grey BMW on Oak Street, in the Ambler section of Whitpain Township.  Police identified the driver as John Mansor, 29 yrs old of the 400 block of Renfrew Ave in Ambler. Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the BMW and during an investigation, drug paraphernalia was located inside the car. Mansor was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Harassment - On October 18th at 7:23 pm police responded to the 800 block of Whitpain Hills for a reported neighbor dispute.  Police met with the victim who stated she has been verbally harassed over many years by her neighbor Heidi White 37 yrs old of the 800 block of Whitpain Hills.  The victim stated that as she was walking from her car to her residence, White started verbally harassing her again. White was cited for Harassment.

Retail Theft - On October 25th at 6:04 pm police responded to the Kohl’s Department Store, 1301 Skippack Pk for a report of a male and female in custody for Retail Theft. The male began fighting with the Kohl’s loss prevention officer and the female ran into the parking lot. The male was identified as Justin Pienkowski 22 yrs old of the 100 block of Ellen Way in Harleysville.  While searching Justin Pienkowski, officers located drug paraphernalia in his pocket. Police were able to identify the female as Chelsea Noto 20 yrs old of the 100 block of Kulp Road Harleysville.  Noto was contacted by Lower Salford Police and turned herself in to Whitpain. Total value of all merchandise stolen was $113.00. Pienkowski is being charged with Retail Theft, Simple Assault and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Noto was charged with Retail Theft.

Warrant Service - On October 27th at 8:54 pm in the area of Rte 202 and Michael’s Lane, police stopped a grey Buick for a vehicle violation. Police identified the driver as Charles Saunders 32 years of the 100 block of Tennis Ave Ambler. During the stop, the officer saw an open bottle of vodka on the front passenger seat and drug paraphernalia. It was determined that Saunders had an active warrant for a probation violation out of Bucks County. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct for the drug paraphernalia and cited for Driving while Under Suspension. Saunders was taken into custody and turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Warrant Service - On October 27th at 3:10 am, Whitpain Police received a request from Upper Gwynedd Police to make contact with Phillip Sulima, 22 yrs old of the 300 block of North Wales Rd regarding an incident that took place in their township. Whitpain Police made contact with Sulima and found that he had an active warrant for a probation violation. Sulima was taken into custody and turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department on the warrant.

Warrant Service - On October 26th at 8:35 am police responded to the CVS Pharmacy 929 Dekalb Pike for a report of a male asking customers for money. Police found the male standing outside of the Wawa who was identified as Ronald White 54 years old who is currently residing in a motel room of the 600 block of Dekalb Pike. It was determined that White had a bench warrant out of Norristown District Court. White was arrested, transported back to the Whitpain Police station and turned over to Norristown Police Department.
