Whitpain Township: Township Seeking Alternate Members For Park & Open Space Board

The Township is looking for residents to serve as alternate members on the Park & Open Space Board. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Park & Open Space Board does not meet in April, July, August, or December. 

The Park and Open Space Board assists the Board of Supervisors in planning for the acquisition of future parks, trails, and open spaces in Whitpain and the evaluation of what uses are the most appropriate for Township parks and open spaces. The Board also educates residents about active and passive recreation opportunities in the Township. 

To be considered, please email a resume to supervisors@whitpaintownhip.org, drop off a letter of interest and resume at the Township Building or mail a letter of interest and resume to the Township Building.
