Whitpain Woman Found With Drug Pipes, Police Say
Louise Devincent, 42, was allegedly found inside a building under construction on DeKalb Pike.
Whitpain Township Police have charged a township woman via summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Louise Devincent, 42, of the 1100 block of McKelvey Drive, was allegedly found in a building under construction at 1088 DeKalb Pike on July 21 at 3:47 p.m., police said.
During the contact, Devincent was allegedly found in possession of two glass smoking pipes, police said.
