Woman Allegedly Panhandles Drunk, Gets Arrested in IHOP Lot
Jacquelene Schank, 51, of Pottstown, was allegedly asking people for money in the parking lot of the Giant in Whitpain, police said.
Whitpain Township Police said Jacquelene Schank, 51, of the 1100 block of Kepler Road, Pottstown, was panhandling in the parking lot of Giant Food Store at 1769 DeKalb Pike in Whitpain, on April 29 at 4:59 p.m.
She would later be arrested for public drunkenness in the parking lot of IHOP for alleged intoxication, police said.
Schank was held at Whitpain Township Police station until she could be released, police said.
