• First-degree murder charge dropped for Baden man apprehended for shooting and killing a man in Aliquippa (beavercountyradio.com) — A Baden resident, Taevaughn Goodnight, has had a first-degree murder charge dropped in a Beaver County case involving the fatal shooting of Gevod Tyson after a dispute in Aliquippa. Prosecutors say the men knew each other, the trial is set for May 2026, and the district attorney emphasized there is no ongoing threat to the community.
