The Shalom Momma Postpartum Group offers a welcoming space where new and returning parents can give and receive support, ask questions, and build a parent community close to home. Each week features a topic related to you and your baby, along with a song and a story.
This group is open to all parents up to eight months after delivery and is not restricted to first-time parents. Join as soon as you feel ready after your baby arrives!
Shalom Momma partners with Jewish institutions to enhance maternal mental health and strengthen the well-being of parents with children ages 0-5.

Sketch Club at New Horizons: Friday, January 23 at 1:00 PM:&nbsp; Artist Reda Scher offers her expertise in, and love of, drawing to any interested participants. Join her and learn how to expand a hobby of doodling to something more. All materials provided in this FREE Monthly Workshop. No experience needed, just bring your creative mind and prepare to be amazed at what your sketches can become!
