Baldwin Borough Police Briefs (Feb. 7-13)
Report is submitted from Feb. 2 theft call on Steiner Street Extension.

The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch visited the  on Monday, Feb. 14, to gather 's police briefs for the time period of Feb. 7-13. Other than , the borough had nothing new to report for that time period but did offer a Feb. 2 incident that an official report was recently submitted for.
Baldwin Borough Police responded to a call from a man on Steiner Street Extension on Feb. 2. That man reported that several items had been stolen from a locked steel shed on his property, items that he says that he last saw in the first or second week of November 2010.
The next time that the man checked that shed was on Feb. 2, and he noticed the shed broken into and items missing from it at that time. Therefore, he does not know exactly when those items were allegedly stolen.

The man reported that the stolen items were two lawnmowers valued at $150 each, two STIHL chain saws valued at $190 each, one ECHO blower and backpack set valued at $240, one ECHO hedge trimmer valued at $190, an assortment of hand tools valued at $300 and four tires of unknown size and value.
Police canvassed the location of this incident's surrounding area but did not turn up any leads, though police did note that the shed is difficult to see from the roadway when it is dark outside.
