Man Charged In Killing Of Young Baldwin Mother
A man has been arrested in the shooting death of the Baldwin mother of a 1-year-old child.
BALDWIN, PA — A Monroeville man was arrested in connection with the Feb. 9 shooting death of Ramiah Griffin, 20, of Baldwin.
According to Allegheny County police, 911 was notified of a shooting in the 5400 block of Youngridge Drive. Police found Griffin had been shot multiple times. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Griffin’s one-year-old child was found unharmed in an adjacent room inside the apartment.

After an investigation by county police, Adelin Itongwa, 22, was identified as the suspect. He is the father of the child found inside the apartment.
Itongwa is charged with criminal homicide and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being housed in the Allegheny County Jail.
