Man Arrested for DUI on Dewalt Drive

Incident occurred on Friday night, Oct. 5.

A Baldwin Township police officer stopped motorist Todd Rebholz, 39, of Chelton Avenue in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, for failing to obey a stop sign at the intersection of Dewalt Drive and Highview Road at around 9:11 p.m. on Oct. 5, police Chief Terrence P. O'Brien said.

According O'Brien, the officer smelled alcohol coming from Rebholz's breath. Rebholz then failed field-sobriety tests and was arrested and taken to St. Clair Hospital for a blood test—results pending—before being released.

Rebholz is charged with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
