Man Climbs Through Roof of Car After Streets Run Flood
Part of Streets Run Road to be closed until about 8:30 p.m.
Witnesses say that a man climbed through the sunroof of his car near Chapon's Greenhouses in Baldwin Borough on Thursday evening after Streets Run Road was flooded by rainfall.
Streets Run Road has been closed from about a half-mile north of Chapon's to the intersection of Streets Run and Schuette/Willett roads.
A Pennsylvania Department of Transportation worker said that that part of Streets Run will be closed until approximately 8:30 p.m., when crews are expected to complete the removal of mud and debris from the road.

A Chapon's employee, who was still squirting mud and debris from the Chapon's parking lot as of 7:45 p.m., said that the stuck driver tried to ford a body of water that had pooled in front of the Chapon's lot but simply did not make it.
The employee said that the water was about waist-high.
