Part Of Baldwin Could Experience Smoke, Loud Bangs Thursday

Baldwin Police advise not to be alarmed.

BALDWIN, PA — The South Hills Area Council of Governments Critical Incident Response Team will be conducting training in the wooded area off Louisa Drive in north Baldwin today.

Residents in the area may see white smoke in the air and hear loud bangs but it's not a live-fire exercise.

The team will conclude its training by mid-afternoon.
