PHOTOS: Baldwin Offensive Lineman Pulls Double Duty

Sophomore Ean Eshelman is busier than most high school football players on gamedays.

As if remembering a playbook isn't hard enough on gamedays, Baldwin High School sophomore offensive lineman Ean Eshelman has musical notes to recall, as well—not to mention steps and formations that you'll only see on a football field at halftime.

Eshelman, a backup who dresses in his full football uniform for each varsity game at Baldwin High, keeps that uniform on during halftimes but trades his helmet for a saxophone.

Yes, Eshelman, a member of the Baldwin marching band, doesn't venture to the locker room with his teammates after every two quarters. In what can only be described as the ultimate double duty, Eshelman stays on the field with his other teammates to entertain the game's crowd with music and marching.

By the way, in addition to the saxophone, Eshelman also plays bagpipes at Baldwin.

Here are some photos of Eshelman (77) in action this year.
