A police officer met with the victim of a cellphone theft at at around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The victim said that he accidentally left his phone—a black iPhone 4S valued at around $200—in the complex's fitness center, according to a report, but when he returned to the center, the phone was no longer there.
The victim and a witness said that three young males were in the fitness center with them when the phone was left there, but when they returned to retrieve the phone, two of the young males said that they didn't have it. And the third male was leaving the scene at that time.
