Hurricane Sandy will come dressed as "Frankenstorm" this Halloween season, and the significant storm event has caused the trick-or-treating times in all three Baldwin-Whitehall municipalities to be delayed.

Trick-or-treating was originally scheduled for Halloween night, Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Baldwin Borough, Whitehall Borough and Baldwin Township, but municipal leaders have agreed to push the event back to Saturday night, Nov. 3, also from 6 to 8.
