The Whitehall Borough Council will review the borough's 2013 budget at two public meetings in November, both in the council chambers of the Borough of Whitehall Municipal Complex along Borough Park Drive.
The meetings are scheduled for Saturdays, Nov. 10 and 17, starting at 9 a.m. both times.
There is no set time for the meetings to end, but they are both expected to last between two and three hours.

The Whitehall Council will have to pass a balanced borough budget for next year sometime before the end of 2012.
