• Fire causes extensive damage to Beaver County sausage maker's building (timesonline.com) — Beaver Falls firefighters were among many departments called to help battle a major Dec. 15 fire that heavily damaged Cesina's Sausage Co. in Aliquippa. Crews worked in freezing temperatures for hours to control the blaze, and the longtime family-run sausage business is now assessing damage while thanking the community and first responders for their support.
