Bensalem Golf Course To Reopen May 1

The announcement came a day after Gov. Tom Wolf said golf courses and other outdoor recreation sites may reopen from coronavirus shutdown.

BENSALEM, PA — The golf course at Bensalem Township Country Club will reopen on Friday, May 1, township officials announced Tuesday.

Wolf's order aims "to ensure that Pennsylvanians have opportunities to safely enjoy outdoor recreation as a way to maintain positive physical and mental health," he said. The businesses that reopen will be required to maintain strict safety precautions.
