Child Pornography Found On Snapchat Account Of Lower Bucks Co. Man: PD
A Warminster man was found with pictures and images of young boys and girls while he was staying at a Bensalem Township home.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warminster man has been charged with sharing child pornography on Snapchat while he was staying at a township home, police said.
Bensalem Police charged Kyle Binder with sexual abuse of children (Dissemination of Photos/Videos), criminal use of a communication facility, and related charges. Binder turned himself in on Thursday.
Police said the Bucks County District Attorney's Office had received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The report stated that a Snapchat user saved, shared, and/or uploaded child sexual abuse material through a Snapchat account owned by Binder.
Detectives discovered numerous graphic images and videos that depicted young girls naked and engaging in various sexual acts on Binder's Snapchat account.

Authorities said Binder was staying at a Bensalem home. Police obtained a search warrant there and also of three mobile devices linked to the Snapchat account. Those devices also showed videos and images of young boys performing various sexual acts.
Binder was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $500,000 bail.
