GE Scientists Teach YWCA Campers
Students will learn that science is fun and is present all around them.

Scientists from GE Water & Process Technologies in Trevose will visit all YWCA Bucks County Summer Camps during the month of July to present GE’s Science in the Classroom program, according to a release.Â
Through this program, and with the guidance and direction of the visiting scientists, students at the camps will explore and learn more about science by participating in basic experiments as a means of demonstrating to the youngsters that science is fun and is present all around them.Â
In addition to the scientists’ visits to YWCA Summer Camp locations, as part of GE Technology Day, campers will take a field trip to GE Water & Process Technologies on Thursday, August 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., to explore the many roles that technology plays in enabling GE to provide water treatment, wastewater treatment and process systems solutions to companies and industries worldwide.
