Governor Issues Flag Order to Honor Fallen Firefighters

Gov. Tom Corbett ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities statewide to fly at half-staff on Sunday, Oct. 16 in honor of National Firefighters Memorial Day.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to join in this tribute.

This week was National Fire Prevention week and many local volunteer fire companies
