Governor Orders Flags at Half-Staff for 9/11

Gov. Tom Corbett Thursday ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities statewide lowered to half- staff on Sunday, Sept. 11 in honor of Patriot Day.
