Local Abortion Clinic Closes After Poor Health Inspection

Dr. Soleiman M. Soli, 73, a local physician shuttered his abortion clinic in Bensalem and another in Germantown, after receiving negative state health inspection reports late last year.

According to a story on PhillyBurbs.com, Soleiman’s Abortion as an Alternative Inc. clinics were cited by the state Department of Health for poor conditions including: expired drugs, faulty equipment, poor records and mishandled fetal tissue.

Soleiman’s Bensalem facility, located at 5188 Neshaminy Blvd., was inspected on Oct. 26. He retired on Nov. 19.
