Monday Arrests Include Retail Theft, Warrants

On Feb. 28, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 8:45 a.m., Joseph B. Williams, 29, of the 100 block of 24th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Phila. He was transported to Philadelphia Police 8th District.

At 9:46 a.m., Charles Schwinger, 51, of the 700 block of Wyoming Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 10:48 a.m., Rainer Joachim Young, 44, of the 3100 block of E. Village Court, Holland, was arrested in the 4300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose  on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 3:49 p.m., Kelly A. Harris, 30, of the 12000 block of Sweetbriar Place, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
