Parx Casino Restaurant Fined For Overserving Alcohol: PGCB
The casino's Chickie's & Pete's location was fined for the overserving of alcohol, which led to several patrons being visibly intoxicated.
BENSALEM, PA — A restaurant located in Parx Casino was given a heavy fine for overserving alcohol to patrons.
On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) approved three consent agreements presented by the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel, which lead to fines being issued for three casino-related businesses, one of which is the Chickie's and Pete's location in the Bensalem casino.
The restaurant was fined $17,500 for three incidents involving six patrons, who were overserved alcohol at the restaurant and became visibly intoxicated.

The restaurant is operated by CPC Bucks County, LLC.
The other businesses that were fined were Stadium Casino Westmoreland, LLC, operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, who received a fine of $7,500 for a self-exclusion violation, and TDN Money Systems, Inc., who received a fine of $7,500 for failure to notify the Board of a change of control of the company.
