Pedestrian ID'd In Fatal Lincoln Highway Crash

The Bucks County Coroner revealed the identification of a pedestrian killed on the highway in Bensalem Township in late December.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Bucks County Coroner on Tuesday identified the pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on Lincoln Highway in late December.

Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi said that Joseph Walthour, 62, was the victim of the fatal accident at 2250 Lincoln Highway on Dec. 27, 2024.

Campi said that an autopsy performed on Walthour determined that he died of blunt impact injury to his neck and that the cause of death was accidental.

The Bucks County Coroner's Office and the Bensalem Township Police Department said they were not able to locate any known Next of Kin for Walthour.
