Police Make 13 Weekend Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft, disorderly conduct, underage drinking and assault.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Oct. 14 at 12:30 a.m., Katrina Johnson, 29, of the 2400 block of W. Toronto Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.           

On Oct. 14 at 1:30 a.m., Francesco Valdez, 35, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $80,000 bail.

On Oct. 14 at 7:54 a.m., Eric Brinkerhoff, 40, of the 4900 block of Growden Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.

On Oct. 14 at 10:47 a.m., Steven Robert Adams, Jr., 45, of the 700 block of Old Orchard Lane, Bristol, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and unsworn falsification to law enforcement. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

On Oct. 14 at 2:10 p.m., a 15-year-old male from Philadelphia was charged with retail theft at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

On Oct. 14 at 6:02 p.m., Robert Rudoli, 52, of the 400 block of Maple Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct. He was issued citations.

On Oct. 14 at 8:03 p.m., a 17-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Oct. 14 at 9:24 p.m., a 16-year-old female from Bensalem was arrested in the 5400 block of Neshaminy Boulevard and charged with underage drinking. She was issued a citation.

On Oct. 14 at 10:23 p.m., Chartina McIntyre, 26, of the 600 block of Park Lane, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Oct. 15 at 7:52 a.m., Owen J. McCabe III, 23, of the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue, Souderton, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Oct. 15 at 12:11 p.m., Rustam Amonov, 23, of the 400 block of Jeans Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Oct. 15 at 1:41 p.m., Megan Patricia Boni, 24, of the 6500 block of Hessian Turn, was arrested at the Claire’s Boutique, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and probation violation. She was sent to Bucks County Prison for the probation violation and will receive a summons for the retail theft charge.

On Oct. 16 at 3:02 a.m., Stephen Harvilla, 19, of the 500 block of S. Queen Ann Drive, Fairless Hills, was arrested at Bensalem Boulevard and Ogden Avenue, and charged with underage drinking. He was issued a citation.
