Police Make 17 Holiday Weekend Arrests
Charges included public drunkenness, warrants, theft, DUI, disorderly conduct and assault.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
Between Oct. 7-10, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
On Oct. 7 at 12:20 a.m., Paul Graffelner, 61, of the 3800 block Hulmeville Road, was charged with public drunkenness in the 2100 block of Galloway Road. He was issued a citation.

On Oct. 7 at 12:27 a.m., Vincent J. Gunter, 25, of the 900 block of Brill Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
On Oct. 7 at 12:04 p.m., Reatha Wilson Brown, 40, of the 1100 block of Mildred Avenue, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Oct. 7 at 3:14 p.m., Matthew Webb, 18, of the 30 block of Redbrook Lane, Levittown, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He will receive a summons.
On Oct. 7 at 5:34 p.m., Michelle Gray, 38, of the 3700 block of Devonshire Place, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On Oct. 7 at 7:15 p.m., Paul Graffelner, 61, of the 3800 block of Hulmeville Road, was arrested in the 3800 block Hulmeville Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
On Oct.8 at 1 p.m., Dawn Lalumera, 42, of the 4500 block of Grandview Avenue, was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. She will receive a summons.
On Oct. 8 at 4:35 p.m., Timothy Henry, 50, of the 1100 block of West Silver Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Macy’s Department, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.
On Oct. 8 at 5:46 p.m., Hitesh H. Patel, 32, of the 2200 block of Rittenhouse Square, Bensalem, was arrested at his residence and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
On Oct. 8 at 11:20 p.m., Steven M. Hettick, 37, of the 800 block of Granite Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
On Oct. 9 at 7:36 p.m., James Malkowski, 36, of the 200 block of E. Parkway Avenue, Chester, was arrested at Bensalem Boulevard and Dudley Court and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
On Oct. 9 at 9:15 p.m., Anthony Tirendi, 21, of the 1400 block of Gibson Road, was arrested in the 2400 block of Greenland Court and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.
On Oct. 10 at 9:27 a.m., Ronaldo Vasquez, 26, of the 2000 block of Brown Avenue, was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road and charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and false ID to law enforcement. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
On Oct. 10 at 3:37 p.m., Joseph C. Ruffing, 28, with no fixed address, was arrested at the Sunglass Hut, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
On Oct. 10 at 5:18 p.m., Walter F Baltra, 24, of Cottonwood Drive, Holland, was arrested in the 1400 block of Gibson Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia He was turned over to Phila Police Warrant Unit.
On Oct. 10 at 7 p.m., Howard Schleinkofer, Jr., 36, of the 12000 block of Medford Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street and Richlieu roads and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
On Oct. 10 at 7:50 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 3400 block of Bristol Pike and charged with aggravated assault. He was taken to Edison Youth Detention Center.
On Oct. 10 at 9:30 p.m., Michael Carrozza, 25, of the 20 block of Valley Road, Levittown, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
