Police Make 26 Holiday Weekend Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, assault and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Sept. 2-5, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Sept. 2 at 7:27 a.m., John Ferguson, 42, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. He was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

On Sept. 2 at 9:52 a.m., Talmanjanique Pettiford, 23, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.

On Sept. 2 at 1:40 p.m., Brian Andrew Regan, 20, of the 100 block of Chesapeake Drive, Newtown, was arrested in the 1900 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Prison.

On Sept. 2 at 3:48 p.m., James Turner, 20, with no fixed address, was arrested at Street and Knights roads on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m., Brandon Fackenthall, 19, of the 2000 block of Brown Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with theft and receiving stolen property. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 2 at 10:53 p.m., Carl Gier, 51, of the 3300 block of Neshaminy Boulevard, was arrested at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was issued citations.           

On Sept. 3 at 2:40 a.m., Jose Luis Rodriguez Albor, 37, of the 3200 block of Hulmeville Road, was arrested in the 2900 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Sept. 3 at 8:16 a.m., Kim S. Williams, 46, of the 500 block of E. Penn Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with receiving stolen property. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.

On Sept. 3 at 11:50 a.m., Sarah J. Saranzak, 30, of the 4300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, was arrested at her residence and charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued a citation.

On Sept. 3 at 12:32 p.m., Patricia Carroll, 47, of the 7200 block of Lawndale Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Sept. 3 at 2:36 p.m., Siay Jiang, 63, of the 15000 block of Liberty Lane, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Sept. 3 at 2:51 p.m., A 16-year-old female from Langhorne, a 15-year-old female from Bristol and a 17-year-old male from Langhorne were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Juvenile Criminal Allegations will be filed.

On Sept. 3 at 4:19 p.m., Joseph F. Presto, 62, of the 2100 block of W. Tioga Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He received a citation.

On Sept. 3 at 11:45 p.m., Roswin Mizel Chavez-Alfaro, 19, of the 4200 block of Woodhaven Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3500 block of Street Road and charged with false ID to law enforcement. He will receive a summons.           

On Sept. 4 at 2:26 a.m., Gary S. Stricker, 26, of the 600 block of Washington Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 1900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 4 at 5:48 a.m., Vicki E. Zanger, 38, of the 2300 block of Byberry Road, was arrested at her residence and charged with simple assault. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

On Sept. 4 at 5:53 a.m., Vladimir Taver, 64, of the 800 block of Collins Avenue, Pittsburgh was charged with public drunkenness in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose. He will receive a citation.

On Sept. 4 at 6:10 a.m., Oscar Quiles, Jr., 35, of the 1700 block of Riverside Drive, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road, and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He will receive citations.

On Sept. 4 at 9:31 a.m., Joseph Szafranski, 53, of the 6200 block of Crescent Avenue, was charged with stalking and harassment in the 2500 block Alexis Court. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 4 at 10 a.m., Amanda Navaro, 24, of the 100 block of E. Willard Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Sept. 4 at 10:14 a.m., Sarah J. Saranzak, 30, of the 4300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, was arrested at her residence and charged with terroristic threats. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.

On Sept. 4 at 5:37 p.m., Ciera Monique Stewart, 28, of the 1300 block of Nelson Court, Bristol, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive, and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.

On Sept. 5 at 4:03 a.m., Linda Bruno, 26, of the 2300 block of N. 5th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 4700 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness. She was issued a citation.

On Sept. 5 at 3:21 p.m., Stephanie Celli, 32, of the 4700 block of Worth Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.
